Bio:
After a stint in the Army as a Combat Engineer building and destroying bridges, Peter earned a Masters of Architecture from University of Texas at Austin and worked as a CAD Manager for a mid sized architectural design firm in Boston. Yearning for the good life in bucolic New Hampshire, Peter started in the software industry in 1990 at DCA Engineering software aka Softdesk before they were purchased by Autodesk. After working as a developer for the architectural and structural engineering software, Peter started training Autodesk 3rd Party Developers how to program with Land Desktop and later moved to training Civil 3D. In addition to training developers, Peter has spent a great deal of time creating the Civil 3D Country Kits (to better adapt Civil 3D to meet the design and drafting standards) for over a dozen different countries. Peter is a Civil 3D Product Manager for Autodesk.
