Bio:
My mission statement two years ago was that our design team will be the best at Civil Design in Wellington, and Tse Group would be the best in the country. Clients and others in the industry have given feedback stating exactly that. With Tse Group being sold to Downer EDI, we are now operating within the New Zealand parent company, that being the Duffill Watts Group. My mission statement now extends to the Duffill Watts Group being the best in the country. Now that Tse Group is operating within a bigger organisation, it is my responsibility (with my manager) to drive the Tse design skills and expertise to all our regions. This has already started. I have undertaken a large concept design for our Christchurch office (Glasson Potts Fowler which is also part of the Duffill Watts Group).
