- Dave started in the software world in 1989 with DCA Engineering Software. DCA later became Softdesk, Inc. and was then purchased by Autodesk. Throughout his career, Dave has served as Product Manager for all of the Civil/Survey products and has been involved with the growth of Civil 3D from a series of great ideas and powerpoint slides into an amazing advancement in Civil Engineering and Surveying automation. Dave is currently the Senior Product Manager for Civil 3D.
