Working With Styles

To properly install a style on your machine, follow these steps:
  1. Download the style drawing to your local hard drive
  2. Open Civil 3D
  3. Using Windows Explorer, browse to the Styles drawing you just downloaded
  4. Drag and Drop the Styles drawing to your Civil 3D drawing
  5. When prompted for an insertion point, select the Escape key to end the insertion
  6. The style will now be in your drawing without the drawing entity contained in the Styles drawing
